Rental premises do not include attached outside bathroom (to be retained for owner's use). Storage sheds on grounds are not included but can be rented for additional amount. Currently occupied but premises can be viewed with appointment. Tenant responsible for utilities and trash disposal. No smoking. Small neutered/spayed pet allowed.
