This home was built in the early 1920s. There are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Both bathrooms have been gutted and completely redone within the past 5 years. We have painted the entire house within the past year. We did a whole house rewire and refinished the original hardwood floors in 2016. We have replaced the water heater, all new stainless steel appliances and a custom built island with tons of storage (plus room for microwave and cookbooks). It is approximately 1600 square feet. Not pictured - LARGE CLOSETS, utility room (big enough for washer and dryer, deep freezer and refrigerator!), new deck on back of house, and huge backyard! We LOVE the backyard.
