The patio sits outside with a raised garden bed on two sides of the patio, half filled with flowers and the other portion made into a place to plant tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, and other edible plants. A lovely spot to sit and enjoy the nice weather during the day, or have a fire outside at night. A playground and basketball hoop is within view of the yard. Stowe Elementary School I'd within walking distance, as well as a bud stop that will bring you into duluth. Close to Stowe Schools is a dog park, basketball court, community garden, and a skate park being built. The location is also close to the short line hiking trail, munger trail trailhead, mangey-snively natural area, and many other outdoor activities! Lot rent includes water, sewage, and trash, so it can vary depending on how much water/sewage you use. It is about 640 a month for us. While it does need a bit of TLC, it is move in ready!
