We are looking for new tenants to take over our lease as we have just bought a condo and we are planning to move out from our current rental place in Cambridge Port on December 2nd. No broker fee No pets (sorry!) Ground floor: large open plan kitchen with brand-new (Sept) appliances (Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher), spacious dining room area and connected living room (this is so spacious that part of it can be used as desk space / studio; direct access to a deck and back garden from the kitchen glass door; 1 full bathroom (with bathtub).
