Rent and Lease Information:
Lease Terms: A minimum 3-month lease is required. For leases shorter than three months, the monthly rent will be increased by $80 to $200, depending on the lease duration, bedroom size, and other factors.
Rental Requirements: Rent must be paid on time without exceptions. Please, no delays or excuses.
Deposit: Upon move-in, you must provide the first month's rent plus a security deposit equivalent to 1.2 times the monthly rent. (No exceptions. The security deposit cannot be used as last month's rent.) The deposit will be fully refunded if you give the required notice before your move-out date and leave the property in good condition.
