The main issues left to be fixed are a couple of weak spots in the subfloor (they are pictured below in the hallway and master bedroom) need to be replaced, the exterior could use paint or vinyl siding and new skirting (The front of the trailer got brand new siding in 2014 as well as the enclosed porch.), and there are still some rooms that need trim/baseboards installed. There is also a metal shed (10x12) that comes with the sale, but it is rusted and should be replaced eventually.
