This unit is on a flat lot with plenty of areas to play nearby. Application and $40 fee required for all applicants 18 years or older. Renters insurance required (roughly $200 per year). First month and security required. Refrigerator and oven on site. Discount given for multi-year lease. The monthly rent will increase or decrease depending upon length of lease, number of people to live in the unit and pets (which are permitted). Open house at 6pm on March 4,7, and 11 (if needed) Owner covers landscaping and water. Tenant responsible for everything else.
