This furnished house is located in the North Berkeley Hills and has panoramic bay views. The house is very private with lots of light and a HUGE garden. It is approximately 1.5 miles from campus and within minutes of a bus stop, though access to a car is highly recommended. The rental includes 3 b/1ba. all located in the top floor of my house. All utilities, including high speed internet are included. I have a very quiet couple living in an in-law unit below. Pets (cat or dog) allowed on approval (dogs under 40 pounds with limited barking). The suggested start date is Feb. 1, 2025, but could be somewhat later/earlier according to when the current tenants leave. The furniture and decor of the house provided in the photos is different now (sparsely furnished now). Extra items can be stored in the basement. There is plenty of on-street parking . Owner pays for utilities. Utilities cost about $750/month, including gas, electricity, water, trash, internet and maintenance gardening.
