This very clean, renovated, fully furnished home (a former B&B) is on the first beach block and is ideal for a family or group of five. This home has spectacular ocean views from every floor. Only off season rentals are available and can rent for 1 to 3 months (Jan-May 2021). Will not rent to college students at this time. This home is in a quiet family neighborhood. IF YOU ARE A BOISTEROUS GROUP THIS HOME IS NOT FOR YOU. The neighborhood is charming and VERY QUIET as the homes are extremely close together. This renovated century Victorian has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 5 full bath rooms (5 bedrooms have their own bath!!), 2 large porches with ocean views, private outdoor shower, renovated kitchens, living room, washer/dryer, cable, A/C, 3 blocks to town (3 blocks to Asbury Park), gas grill, sleeps 8.. AT THIS TIME...NO MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE CAN STAY IN THE HOME. DURING THIS TIME, we are strictly adhering to the guidelines that are being set by the state of NJ. Even though we don't currently run it as a B&B we decided to maintain the B&B and mercantile license. With that said, we must adhere to all fire/safety codes and the house meets (and exceeds) all of the required standards. Each renter with babies and/or small children will have to baby proof the home. Also, children under 8 years old must no the on the top floor porch without adult supervision. In Ocean Grove, all of the homes are close to each other and there is only street parking available (only 5% of the homes on the 1st beach block have their own parking) Once you park, everything is within walking distance. On-street parking will not be problematic during the off-season months. Owner pays for water, electric, cable and heat. The renter will have to pay for any utility/heaintg bill that exceeds the average bill. One small, non shedding dog is welcome at an additional cost and added security.
