This awesome apartment is located right next to the NoMa/Gaudette University! It has a pool, gym, concierges desk, and other features you would expect of a luxury high rise. It's also right next to a Harris Teeter! Here's a link to the apartment on the building (Flats 130) website: Here's the deal: I'm moving for work on June 18th. I have this lease until November 10th 2016, at which point it can be renegotiated with Flats 130. Since I got the lease in November, it's much cheaper than it would be to start one now. Briefly checking the website lists comparable units as over 2000 a month! When I move in during November 2016, I bought a lot of brand new furniture. I've barely used it since then. I can't bring it with me, so I will give a high priority to someone who is willing to purchase it. We can negotiate on price, but you could move into a ready to live in apartment with a couch, tv, desk, queen sized bed with frame, dressers, kitchen necessities, etc. I'm looking for a win win, where it'll be much easier for you to move into a fully furnished place and me to not have to sell it all on craigslist individually. As a bonus, I'm going to pay through the month of June, but you can move in on the 18th (or any day that is convenient for you after).
