A private pool is available with a pool heater for an additional fee of $25 per day. There is a $25 per car entrance fee for the stay to obtain the gate access cards, with a maximum of 4 cars per property. Two-car driveway space is available, and on-street parking is allowed. Located 15 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, 20 minutes from I-Drive, 35 minutes to Orlando Airport, 1 hour from Atlantic Ocean beaches, and 1.5 hours to Gulf beaches. The Florida turnpike, I-4, and Rt. 192 are minutes away, with plenty of restaurants and family fun nearby. This is a gated community with 24-hour security. Obtain gate access cards from the Clubhouse during operating hours from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm by showing your booking reservation to the security guard at the entrance. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. No pets are allowed, but service animals are permitted with proof.
