Our home is on a corner lot, on a quiet street, with a secluded back deck, and a small view of the pond across the street. Location is everything and we are a ten minute drive to RTP and 20 minutes to Raleigh, Chapel Hill, or downtown Durham. The back yard is fenced with plenty of room for kids, play equipment, and pets. There is a large wooden shed that can easily store yard equipment, bikes, golf equipment, and a workbench. Located in the Parkwood neighborhood there are walking trails, ponds, playgrounds, and a wonderful neighborly spirit.
