Other rooms are the kitchen, bath, foyer and closet. Outside the kitchen window is a roof-top place for plants, not people. There is a renovated very used fireplace, 2 ceiling fans, gas stove and gas heater, portable A/C. The bathroom is nice with a shower. The apartment is in the front of the building with 5 windows. The pictures were taken before the white spots on the walls will be painted. This apartment is isolated from the rear portion of the building which is under renovation.
