I'm looking for creative roommates! I'm Danielle, a portrait artist and painter. I am looking for two other creative roommates to share this 3 bed, 2 bath space with me. I will be turning the living room into an art studio! I would to find other artists who would like to use the studio space with me. I miss working in studios with other people and I am very passionate about advancing mine and others' careers. Let's make beautiful things! We are on the 2nd floor. There are 2 bedrooms available, 850 each, utilities included, with a shared bathroom across the hall. They are furnished with new beds (with under-bed storage!). We just finished remodeling the kitchen, installing new A/C, etc. Also super fast fiber internet. The Windjammer is nestled right off Gandy Blvd and I-275, only 10-12 minutes from downtown St Pete, and quick access to Tampa! It's a very quiet community surrounded by wooded areas. I'll definitely be spending a lot of time sitting out by the trees :) 7 month minimum lease!
