Pet policy: Our pet policy is on a case by case basis but our insurance company will not permit pit bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans, chows or any animal known for or showing violent tenancies. If the animal isn't any of those breeds we must do an inspection of your current residence. Tenant must follow all applicable pet laws and ordinances. If all is well we would make an exception but a one time non refundable pet fee equal to half of one months rent would be required
