These Tudor style apartment buildings are located in Boyd County on Tudor Oaks Drive. There are five buildings located on the street each with four apartments inside. The buildings are two floors with two apartments being on each floor. All the units are two bedrooms and with one bathroom. Rent is $750.on a year long lease. These apartments are set up with a great view along with off-street parking. Deposit is $755. Call to schedule a showing. We show Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30pm. We don't accept HUD. Maximum occupancy of three people. This is a downstairs Apartment. Our pet policy is it Has to be an approved pet.there is a $25 a month charge per pet per apartment and a $350 nonrefundable pet deposit in addition to the regular deposit. The regular deposit is $705.and this is refundable if there is no damage done and if it is cleaned according to our cleaning sheet when we inspect after you move out, And 30 days notice is given in writing. Tenant is responsible for electric, water and sewer. Tudor oaks pays trash pickup.. There is a $25.00 a month extra rent for each approved pet and a $350.00 non-refundable pet deposit.
