Modern home with new appliances and finishes. Kitchen has gas appliances and stone countertops. House was supplied with an instant hot water heater, mitigating hot water supply issues. The private space that is being rented included two full rooms, two closets, a private bathroom, and additional storage if needed (limited). The shared space includes a washroom with a washer and dryer, workout area, living room, and kitchen. Cats and dogs are allowed but will be taken on a case-by-case basis, would like to be introduced to make sure there is no issues.
This is a brand-new home made this year, with modern finishes and appliances. The space comes with two rooms and a private bathroom, perfect for someone who works from home. Lease is only available for one-year periods for a single tenant. I just ask that you're respectful to the space and our neighbors. Since this is a shared space, I try my best to keep all common areas kept picked up and tidy. This space has shared walls with the adjacent units; I ask that all noise is kept down after 10pm in accordance with the HOA rules. Short-term guests are allowed but I appreciate a notice beforehand if they are coming over. I tend to meal prep for 4-6 hours one day a week, my use of the kitchen is pretty minimal outside of that. Pretty low-key gamer type, currently work full time at a data center and I'm in the process of completing my degree. This house is part of an HOA, all rules and bi-laws must be followed by all tenants within the space.
