Theres an entire unfinished basement for storage of bins of your junk you cant stand to throw away. Water heater and central ac and heat are recently replaced! I'm a regular super easy going landlord that has a few places as passive income and am not out to screw anyone! Current multi year tenants are only leaving because they bought a house. Rent is $2150 + utils (BGE and Comcast). I pay the water / sewage bill which is a $80-$100 a month savings to you when calculating costs. Available 8/10/2020 with some wiggle room. Now for the cons (for some) - this is a house built in 1880 so it has all original brick through out the rooms and main floor.
