We have to closet doors and will put them back on if wanted. Water Softner System and RO drinking water system's are a new install Nov 2020 that was purchased from Culligan Water. New hot water heater as of Fall of 2020. Average City bill which includes Water, Sewer, trash, and electricity is $170 and that is with a stay at home wife and three kids. The highest bill in the last 3 years was $220 and that was this past Sept due to record highs. Walking distance to 3 parks, city pool, and elementary schools. Pest and home inspection completed as of March 2021
