Property owner will give you your choice of upstairs or downstairs sleeping area and will only occasionally occupy the other. Shared spaces include the first floor kitchen and living room, as well as a small backyard and front porch. Property is located in the Rountree neighborhood within walking distance of several local restaurants and MSU campus and driving distance to Mercy Hospital (5 mins) and Cox Hospital (15 mins).
