Built in 1993 and completed renovated in 2010, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1,600+ square foot home has brand new furniture, decor, and new tile throughout. It is located in the coveted SW area of Cape Coral and is close to shopping and restaurants. Villa Ellie Mona also includes kayaks and bicycles to use while you're there! When entering the house, you will step into the living room with a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped new kitchen features new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, and an island. Right next to it is a large dining table with seating for six. The Master Suite features a Queen-size bed, television, and walk-in closet. The attached master bath offers a large tiled shower, a tub, and vanity cabinets with two separate sinks. The first guest bedroom has access to the lanai through slider doors and offers a Queen-size bed. The second guest bedroom has two Twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share the second bath, which is also conveniently accessible from the lanai. All of the bedrooms offer TVs. In the large, fully screened lanai, there is an electric heated pool, plenty of seating arrangements for you and your guests, and a gas grill. Never miss your favorite shows while spending time in the pool with the 43" TV on the lanai! Palm trees and other tropical plants add to the curb appeal of the well-landscaped yard. Enjoy the neighborhood by bike or kayak; both are available for your use during your stay. The house is in a very quiet, traffic reduced neighborhood suitable for walking, jogging, or biking, yet centrally located to reach a neighborhood Wal-Mart and Publix grocery store, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. You can bring or rent a boat, as the house has access to the Gulf of Mexico via the wide canal system of Cape Coral (boat lift is not available for tenant use). Of course, you may use the private boat dock. The nearby Cape Coral Parkway gives easy access to the downtown nightlife, Gulf beaches, more shopping centers, golf courses, and much more.
