All bathrooms have tile and two have new Spanish tile and one has a double shower. One room has bamboo floor and the rest of the house has 3/4” hardwood red mahogany floors throughout the house with crown molding and baseboards. The Kitchen has real oak cabinets with black granite countertops and a double electric conventional ovens, dish washer, trash compactor and 36” cooktop. The laundry room has 5 large new hard wooden cabinets for storage and a large closet. The main living room has 3 recessed lighting sections that controlled individually each section. The entire house was recently painted and garage and backyard was recently remodeled. Had central heating and central air conditioning throughout the house and a fireplace. All the windows were recently replaced with double pane glass and some have tripped pane for soundproofing. The house was painted two times since I bought the house and recently I replaced the entire roof within last five years. The attic was re-insulated and the walls were pumped with new pressurized insulation. The entire house was remodeled!!!! Period!!!!!
