I have 1 room available for rent in Portland, im not renting the whole house just the 1 room. it is a 3/1 house. the house is 1080 sq ft. wanting a renter that is about my age, I am 25 yrs old. I'm asking 500 dollars per month with a 350 dollar deposit. it may seem a little high for the price of the room, but that includes your half of utilities. also I have everything else available in the house for you to use, washer and dryer included. full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glasses etc.... all you need to bring is your stuff for your room, i do not have cable, i watch my shows on Amazon fire stick. if you want cable in your room then that's fine but it will be your responsibility for the bill. I do have a dog and am searching for someone that also has a dog that's potty/house trained, female or neutered male required. Portland does have a very well known dog park and I live just 2 minutes away, if that. the lot has a good sized back yard for your dog to run around. I HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, non cigarette smokers preferred but not required. I do require a background check and most recent pay stub with at least 6 months of employment at the current job, 1 year is preferred. video of backyard available upon request, it is about 60x60 not including the side yards
