I'm looking for 1-2 tenants who have a credit score of at least 700 and an income of 3 times the monthly rent. That can be both incomes combined if there are 2 applicants. The normal lease term begins August 1st and ends July 22 the following year. I would like this house to be on my normal schedule and end July 22.
