RENTAL HISTORY Applicants must provide rental and/or payment history for the past 24 months from a landlord, apartment community or mortgage company. Acceptable rental/payment history includes no more than one (1) late payments or returned checks per year of residency as well as compliance with all community policies. Reference information from family members or friends will not be considered.
