I have a house in Edgewood and renting out the front out the house as 1 bedroom apt with a fridge, microwave and hot plate. It comes partially furnished as well (if desired). The place is located at the very end of a quiet dead-end street east of 95 and at Marina Mile. I am renting it out for $1,350 per month. Also, I would like at least first month and security for move in. The rent includes internet, electricity and water. It is for 1 occupant only and no cats/dogs due to allergies. It has impact windows so it's super quiet inside and has a very large yard with mango trees (currently in mango season!). It is tiled throughout and has a good amount of closet space in the bedroom. The apartment is a 2-3 minute drive to 95, 595, Winn Dixie, Laundromat, the Dollar Store, Big Lots. FTL beach is about 10-12 minutes away and about the same to get to downtown. A little about me: professional , real estate investor, 43 years old, generally quiet but social enough, I smoke cigars on occasion but only outside, and generally prefer a quiet house (most of the time).
