LEASE AND UTILITIES:
Required lease term ending August 31, 2026 (with potential to renew), first and last month's rent and fully-refundable $2,000 security deposit. We prefer first, last and security be paid half at lease-signing, half at move-in, but also offer installment plans. Rent does not include utilities: water/sewer/garbage bill (current tenants average $1.25/person/day) is paid by landlord and reimbursed by tenants, and electricity and Internet are in tenants' own names.
Tenants will maintain yard, foliage and parking strip, cut the grass, and keep the premises clear of debris and overgrowth. (We'll provide tools).
