There are free laundry facilities down there, a large area for storage, and even a work room if you are a handyman. Next to the garage (you would get one stall) is a fenced-in yard that is great to sit in and barbecue in the summer. The home is located on a quiet side street very close to Logan Park. You can walk to the park and play broom ball or skate on two rinks in the winter, or hang out near the basketball courts in the summer and enjoy the beautiful weather. If you need to catch the bus, the stop at Washington and 15th is less than a 1/4 mile away. From your home, you would only be about 2 miles from the U. or downtown Minneapolis.
