It also includes a bonus room that can be used for a craft room, man cave, gaming room for the kids, workout room, or an extra bedroom. The front and back yards are large enough for the kids, or pets, to play and for cookouts. There is a pellet grill in the backyard along with a hot tub to help you relax. Rental includes all utilities, Internet, YouTube TV, housekeeping, and yard maintenance.
