There is a non refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet and $35 a month in pet rent. Pets need be no more than 40 lbs with a max of 2 pets. Credit score needs to be 600 or better, no eviction or owing past landlord's money. Income needs to be 3x the rent. NO smoking is a must. $45 non refundable application fee for each adult over 18 applying if using our application. Renter's insurance is required and kept current during the entire term of the lease. Home vouchers are not accepted.
