Available September 1st 2025 This is one room with closet and en-suite, fully furnished, ample storage space, and a new organic mattress with pillow top. This would be a shared living space, in addition to the room, including living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, mudroom, and basement, with my dishes available for use along with cookware. The home is a one and half bath, so the en-suite shower is shared but has two separate entrances. Located in downtown Traverse City with walkable amenities. Included in the lease: basement storage, washer/dryer, all utilities, WiFi , trash/recycling pickup, one parking spot in back and on-street overnight parking from April through November, daytime on-street parking is year-round. There will be no: illegal drugs, no smoking of any kind inside, no overnight guests (without being discussed first). Please inquire if you're responsible, tidy, with full time employment and/or school. This rental is a minimum 6 month/maximum 12 month lease. No smoking
