Unit is a centrally-located studio apartment in Jefferson Park neighborhood (East Point). The studio is ~420 sq feet, has a full kitchen and is conveniently located minutes from Atlanta. Newly painted with stainless steel appliances. Mini split wall unit installed August 2022 along with tankless water heater. The apartment is an ADU on the second floor of a detached building above a garage behind the main house. Main house is occupied. Electric, water and gas included in rental price. Cable and Internet not included. We have a carriage house unit in our East Point property and will do a 6 month or 12 month lease for the right individual or couple. Full background check is required and the occupancy must be no more than 2 people. The unit is located in the back of the main house occupied by a family. Noise level in the neighborhood is generally low and we ask the same for tenants occupying the ADU. The unit is in close proximity to Tri Cities High School so there are exceptions to noise level when the band is practicing or the school has a game night. Utilities: Water, gas and electric are included in the rental fee. Cable and internet must be acquired by the tenant. Parking: The parking for the unit is street parking. There is ample street parking. Smoking: No smoking permitted in the apartment but feel free to smoke outside in the shared space in the backyard. Preference is no pets but can be negotiable if applicant has a small dog (up to 20lbs) or a cat. This does not apply to service animals but proof must be furnished if service animal is required. The pet fee is $250.
