Amazing location, with a ton of sunlight and a nice view of the park. Quiet. A private bathroom in each bedroom. Fitness SF is literally one floor downstairs, and they offer discounted month to month membership for Fillmore residents. Right across the street we have Safeway, Starbucks, Korean grocery, Boba guys, Panda express, and Popeyes. 5 min walk to the 38 bus and JapanTown. Especially great location if you cycle, I can bike to anywhere in SF from here and it has become my primary form of transport. Can come pre-furnished, we can negotiate prices and items to keep in there for you. My roommate and I have been here since 2018, and have signed our lease for year 3 back in July. Neither of us considered moving elsewhere due to the convenient location, sunlight, peaceful views, + the great deal we are getting. However, both of us have recently had major changes in life plans that will require us to move away from SF. ~9 month lease with Late October move-in (negotiable as well) 9 month lease where we would transfer our lease to the renter. The apartment can come fully furnished. Rent is due on the first of the month. Water/heating/gas not included and generally are about ~$100 a month.
