The building is less than two years old and this particular unit is the biggest in the building and gets the most natural light of any unit in the building by virtue of having the most windows of any unit in the building. I've been the only one living in the unit over the past year so it has been kept as well as you could hope. Included in the rent is a parking spot just behind the building. The people in the building itself are also extremely kind and it's a great community to be a part of. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed in the unit unless it's on the balcony (I've never smoked in the unit) and fully expect all tenants to treat my home as you would treat your own. Minimum 12-month lease term with one month rent paid for security deposit. Owner pays for water, gas and trash. Tenant responsible for electric and TV/Internet.
