I've been the only one living in the unit over the past year so it has been kept as well as you could hope. Included in the rent is a parking spot just behind the building. The people in the building itself are also extremely kind and it's a great community to be a part of. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed in the unit unless it's on the balcony (I've never smoked in the unit) and fully expect all tenants to treat my home as you would treat your own.
