Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet, including tampons or baby wipes, even if they say "Flushable". Please do not remove make-up with the towels or washcloths provided. Stained or missing bath linens will incur reimbursement fees. No Draino. Please message me immediately for any clogs. Please do not leave food or dirty dishes or cups in your bedroom. Door codes and the alarm code may not be shared with anyone. VISITORS: No outside guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors are not allowed to be left in the property alone at any time. Visiting hours are permitted during the hours of 8am-11pm. CLEANINGS: Stays 45 days or more are required to get a professional cleaning monthly to their room and bath. No exceptions. MAIL: Although you may get food deliveries, Amazon and personal mail is prohibited as there is no access to the mailbox for mid-term tenants. There is an Amazon locker across the street inside 7/11 on Sherman Way for your deliveries and we recommend getting a post office box for your personal mail. KITCHEN: Please clean up after yourself immediatey after each use. Please refrain from cooking after 11pm. LAUNDRY: Please refrain from doing laundry between 11pm - 8am. Please have a full load when doing laundry. Two Loads MAX per week per tenant please. Please use SPEED CYCLE only when washing clothes. Please clean the dryer filter before & after each use.
