HOW TO APPLY:

- Do not submit the application early as time penalties will apply, per Portland Housing Bureau ordinances. Submit completed application on Monday, 10/13/25 at 7:30pm or after to listed email address. (Zillow does not allow it to be included here)
- First completed application received will be notified by landlord and have 48 hours to pay screening fee, complete the TransUnion Smart Move screening, and execute a rental agreement. If not completed, the second complete application will be selected for screening etc.
Application/Screening Fee: $55.00/adult
Screening Criteria Overview: Total verifiable applicant gross income should be at or above 2x the monthly rent. Screening includes a credit, criminal background, and eviction history check. A credit score below 650 may require a co-signer and/or increased deposit. A credit score 550 or below is subject to denial.
