Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, and any violation may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility.
