The unit is fully tiled and features central ac, 2 large bedrooms, plenty of storage, and dual sinks in the bathroom. Our properties feature an easy to use portal which offers online rent payment and maintenance reporting. Monthly rent includes water, trash removal services, pest control, landscaping, pool maintenance, 1 assigned off-street parking space, and window blinds. There is a maximum of four people in a 2-bedroom apartment, and small pets (25lbs or less) are welcome - limit of two pets per apartment and there is a pet fee (per pet) that is additional. The property has a lovely in-ground pool and multiple on-site laundry areas. You also are allowed to use the pools and laundry areas at the two adjacent properties we manage. A well-maintained City park is right across the street, and on the south side of the canal is the Sailboat Bend Preserve - a 1.3 acre greenspace with walking trails; the area surrounding the property is surprisingly tranquil as a result. There are numerous shops and businesses nearby, and the location gives quick and easy access to both I-95 to the west and Federal Highway to the east. The Central Business District is close enough for a bike ride to the office! Broward Hospital is a few minutes drive to the south, and the property is also close to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Museum of Discovery and Science, and all the restaurants and nightlife on Himmarshee Street.
