The property is close to the downtown central business district - it is close enough for you to go green and ride a bike to the office! It is also close to the many food options on Broward, Las Olas, and Federal Highway, and there is a large major grocery store chain about 5 minutes away by car. Broward Hospital is a short drive to the south if you are in need of medical assistance, and the beach is maybe 15 minutes to the east.
