Pets must be pre-approved and current on flea/tick prevention. Guests are responsible for pet behavior, cleanup, and any damage caused. The host is not liable for pet-related incidents. Wi-Fi and utilities are provided but may experience occasional outages beyond the host's control. No refunds will be issued for service interruptions. The host is not responsible for weather events, natural disasters, HOA rule changes, or other circumstances beyond their control. Property is rented as-is.
