The other shared spaces include a laundry room, dining room, kitchen, and movie room, and there's plenty of space in the fridge/freezer and pantry shelving. Off-street parking is included. The rent covers toilet paper, cleaning products, condiments, linens, utilities, and basic internet, while personal items and food are the responsibility of the renter.
