They are truly separate living spaces, with separate private entrances and outdoor spaces. The only shared space is a common laundry in the basement. The tenant that has been in the house has been there over 10 years now. Many times it's hard to tell when someone is home in the basement. She is quiet and respectful. Rent does not include utilities. Utilities will be $100 per month per person. This includes gas, electric, internet, water. One small pet will be considered for an additional pet rental of $50/month. Absolutely no smoking inside the house and will forfeit the security deposit per the lease terms if it's clear people have been smoking inside. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor space.
