There is a spacious well lit bonus room area at the top of the stairs I used as a playroom and then office space. Natural lighting all through the house with windows in every room. (My electric bill is low due to the lighting from windows). Some windows have upgraded blinds for blackout effect for sleeping. This home has a 2 car garage and a lot of added shelving for storage. The greenbelt in the backyard is therapeutic. Beautiful all year round. There is a lot of added value to this home that other rentals don't offer because this is still my primary home and I am renting it to someone who will care for it like it's their own.
