Condition of carpet (8/10) No apparent stains. NO shoes were worn in this home.
This home offers a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer included for use. This laundry room provides a lot of added shelving storage to make a comfortable area for storing all home linens, toiletries, and house cleaners, and laundry items.
There is a spacious well lit bonus room area at the top of the stairs I used as a playroom and then office space.
Natural lighting all through the house with windows in every room. (My electric bill is low due to the lighting from windows).
Some windows have upgraded blinds for blackout effect for sleeping.
This home has a 2 car garage and a lot of added shelving for storage.
As well as a freezer for extra food storage.
The greenbelt in the backyard is therpeutic. Beautiful all year round.
There is a lot of added value to this home that other rentals don't offer because this is still my primary home and I am renting it to someone who will care for it like it's their own. A professional person who takes care and maintains the cleanliness and appearance and quality of the space they live in.
No pets of any kind.
Might except a single 8lb or smaller dog.

I have a high quality maintenance guy (a very close friend) who lives 5 min away in case of any emergency.
I have not ever had an emergency in this home, but he is available if anything should be needed.
