There's a bathroom and washer and dryer located off the hallway. If parking is important to you, parking is fix feet from a well lit front door entrance. All this is just minutes from local hospitals, downtown, popular shopping destinations and universities. There's also scenic trails, the Worthdale Community Center and a park with outdoor tennis courts and hockey just a few blocks away. The lease includes free Wi-Fi, utilities, and is fully furnished. Entry is via a smart lock combination code. There are 2 off-street parking spots. Minimum stay is 1 month, maximum stay is 6 months. All guest age 18 or older must be listed on the lease. For stays over 2 months, a 45-day courtesy cleaning is provided. Renters insurance is covered by the owner for guest and just ask that guest agree to abide by the terms of the insurance policy. Any damages not identified upon check-in will be the responsibility of the guest if not covered by the owner provided renters insurance.
