    Beautiful home with spacious living area and backyard. An office space with a printer and washer and dryer in the home. The house is fully equipt with everything you need. Wifi, electricity and water are included. Two people live in the home and the bathroom is shared. A 3 month, 6 month to 1 year lease. This is a beautiful home and we would like few visitors if possible. Safe area and clean and you will enjoy it. Looking for someone who is working and can stay long term however i am able to have to leave early just give 30 days notice after staying about three months and we can discuss. Everthing is included for now, if the light bill and water bill goes too high we would have to revise it.
