Tenant(s) is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the property, inside and out. Tenant(s) are responsible for the upkeep of lawn. Small pets 8 pounds and less is permitted. Tenant(s) is responsible for upkeep of pets and overall cleanliness of pets. Any damages done to the property by the pets is the responsibility of the tenant(s). Tenant(s) agree that they will not conduct any illegal activities in and/or around the property. Owner(s) is not responsible for loss or damage to tenant(s) personal property due to theft and/or any other circumstances, including an Act-Of-God. Owner(s) highly recommends the tenant(s) protect themselves with renters-insurance. Renters-insurance is the sole responsibility of the tenant(s) and is not provided by owner(s). Any damages done to the property upon vacating will be deducted from the deposit. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of repairs in the result of excessive damages and can be pursued legally.
