The Master is a about 200 SQ ft with a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking bath tub and shower. The basement is 1600 sq ft with its own full bathroom, kitchenette, and private entrance. Other rooms upstairs are 100 SQ ft, they will fit a twin/full size mattress comfortably with a desk. Will also fit a queen sized mattress but that will leave you with not a lot of space. The Master and Basement has their own private bathroom and the 3 other rooms upstairs share a hallway bathroom.
