Also walking distance to two grocery stores (Ralphs and the famous Rock & Roll Ralph's), Whole Foods, Bristol Farms and Target! Landscaped courtyard includes a beautifully clean swimming pool! You will love your neighbors they are professionals working in and outside the entertainment industry everywhere from home to abroad, who want to come home to a cozy quiet home environment and live among fellow grown-ups adulting. Once inside the courtyard, the peaceful quiet atmosphere makes it feel impossible that you are just a short walk from the Hollywood Walk of Stars! One year lease. Building has a controlled entry system and unit comes with a security screen door for extra protection that we don't really need here.
