Bills of $50-ish a month. My roommate just got engaged to her girlfriend and is leaving for DC, and leaving much of her belongings behind so the apt is almost entirely furnished. I am looking for a roommate who is past the partying phase in their life and has already established their career in LA. I am a writer with a powerfully boring day job and a girlfriend with whom I spend half my nights with across town.
