We are searching for someone very reliable who can live at the property for the foreseeable future. All applicants must pass a background check and show proof of ability to pay the rent. A valid ID is required. All forms of ID including a passport will be accepted. This property is owned and managed by a Texas Peace Officer. Any intention to scam, use, sell, or otherwise improperly profit from this property or land attached will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law both criminal and civil. All tenants are required to be on the lease agreement.
The property is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, modern living. Hardwood floor throughout, glass shower, huge fenced backyard, and a covered back patio area. The shed in the backyard will not be available for tenant use.
